Measuring Instructions

Hold measuring tape against skin while measuring.

Do not pull tape tightly against skin.
|
|
Do not let measuring tape sag.

HEAD
Measure circumference of head from the middle of the forehead.
NECK
Measure around the middle of the neck.
CHEST
Measure around the chest, below the breasts (female) or around the fullest part of the chest (male).
WAIST
Measure around the smallest part of the waistline.
HIP
Stand with feet together and measure the fullest part of hip area.
