Becker Adjustable Breast Expanders / Implants

The Becker is the only gel product that gives you the option of a single or two-stage breast reconstruction. These unique products have an inner lumen containing saline that allows for tissue expansion and an outer lumen of gel that is designed to provide a softer feeling implant. The remote injection dome makes volume adjustments simple and can easily be removed when expansion is complete.

Because of their patented dual-shell design, Becker Implants provide the feel of gel, with the volume flexibility of a saline implant. The Becker Implant with textured surface is available in three styles: Round Becker 25 (25% gel), Round Becker 50 (50% gel) and Contour Profile^® Becker 35 (35% gel).

Siltex™ Contour Profile® Becker 35

Shaped outer lumen 35% pre-filled with silicone gel. Shaped inner lumen connected on the backside of the outer lumen to prevent rotation. Empty inner lumen constitutes 65% of the final nominal volume, which can be adjusted over a suggested six-month fill period. Expansion possible to 25% beyond nominal fill volume.

Siltex™ Round Becker 25

Outer lumen 25% pre-filled with silicone gel. Empty inner lumen can be filled with saline to constitute 75% of the final nominal volume. Can be expanded 50% beyond nominal fill volume.

Siltex™ Round Becker 50

The only 50% gel, 50% saline expander/implant on the market. Outer lumen is 50% pre-filled with silicone gel while the inner saline lumen is empty, again allowing gradual fill for modification to size and dimensions. A true adjustable implant that also features a range of saline volumes per device.

Spectrum^® Postoperatively Adjustable Breast Implants

This saline-filled breast implant style is exclusive to Mentor. It allows the physician to adjust the size of the breast implant for up to six months after breast augmentation surgery. In a simple office procedure, saline can be removed or added to adjust the final size of the breast implant offering flexibility and control over the end result of the breast enlargement procedure. Our Spectrum^® Saline Breast implants are available in three styles and multiple sizes.
